At The Groomery, what sets us apart is our pace that prioritizes quality and safety, allowing pets to take breaks during the grooming process and to maintain a calm patient approach. Also offering expedited appointments, allowing dogs to get back to their owner sooner.  We offer extended stay for busy pet parents whose work schedules don’t allow for pickup at a certain time.  We have a spacious facility with kennel-free areas for added comfort.  All Pets are taken out to the bathroom in our fenced in play area after there bath.  We also offer a quiet room for your dog  to be groomed in away from the main grooming floor, for added comfort for dogs sensitive to other dogs barking.  The groomery has appts available for you stay with your dog while being groomed.  The owner has earned her masters in the grooming industry. The Groomery is a licensed facility and is certified pet salon safe. The Groomery has decades of hands on experience, committed to maintaining the highest standards in professional pet grooming through education and continued learning.

The Groomery uses natural and safe products for our dog grooming services. Our Master Groomer has over 30 years of dog grooming experience and stays up to date on the latest cutting techniques & styles with continuing education.

The owner states, “The love of animals and caring for them are simply who I am.” Compassion for animals comes naturally to me and is always at the heart of the care we provide.  Grooming is more than just a profession; it is a passion rooted in compassion, dedication, and a genuine care for every pet entrusted to me. Animals have always been a big part of my life. Growing up riding horses in Waxhaw helped shape the deep respect and love I have for animals today. That lifelong connection led me into a career caring for pets.
